I hope y'all are hale and hearty.
So today I thought of admonishing the guys out there who strongly believe the cliche that its the women who take years to dress up.
Well well well, its not that a I'm a feminist or something, but I completely DISAGREE.
You guys can too take a bit of an extra time to make yourself look a little more presentable. Just a teeny bit of efforts and voila, you'll stand out from the crowd!
Just to help you boys out with that, I'm here with some really effortless ways to look dressy and more put together.
If excited, continue reading!
The best and facile way to look modish is by adding up some ACCESSORIES to your outfit.

Yes you heard me right. There are innumerable accessories made for boys which really makes them look much better. Its been a banality that accessories are made just for women like fancy purses, pendants, ear rings et cetera.
I find it as a great opportunity to make you guys aware about the options you have to play around with.
Ill be mentioning down some links below so that you guys can take a look at some references.
So lets get going!
Firstly, let us talk about the most common adjunct for boys that is the
Eyewear!!

Eyewear, glasses, shades, goggles, sunglasses or whatever you find comfortable calling, are the most basic yet classy add-on.
You literally can pair them up with any type of attire.
I personally prefer dividing my wardrobe into two categories: Formal and Informal.

So, as per that, if you are planning to wear something more on the formal side, you would want to pick a pair of Wayfarer/Aviator styled shades, but if you're interested in wearing something informal or a bit beach-y, you can opt a Clubmaster/Round or of course an Oversized pair of sunglasses.
Cuff-links and Pocket Squares!

If you ever wanna fall in love with a man, just look at him wearing a tuxedo. Oh good lord! I can not imagine ANY guy looking ANY better than in a tux. I mean the way sarees/gowns are made just for women and how astonishing they make one look, similarly a man in coat-suit makes one's presence feel.
To make it look more chivalrous you might wanna add some really elegant cuff-links that are available at Louis Philippe, Raymond, Hackett London and of course how can we forget Tossido.

Similarly, never forget the Pocket squares. They instantly bring life to your look.
Linen and Silk go the best for this purpose. Of course, you would not like to blow your nose on a non-absorbent fabric lol.
The top brands where you can easily purchase pocket squares are again Hackett London, Eton, Brooks Brothers and definitely Ralph Lauren.
If you don't wanna go for something so expensive you can simply go for a small scarf or a bandanna until and unless they're made of either silk, linen or cotton.
Keep in mind that the piece of cloth should be sized between 17 inches square to 14 inches square, as the larger the cloth will be the bulkier your pocket square will look.
As you might have noticed the new STREET trend prevailing, let us briefly get to know some quick retrofits to enhance the look.
Starting with
Chains/Neck Pieces!

Mostly we've seen women wearing all the gorgeous neck pieces but the biggest fact that has been unknown to us was that chains were equally offered to boys. The stereotype was forever created by us that they are meant for girls.
Many brands offer a great variety of men's accessories that include elegant and street-y chains.
Not only brands should I talk about but also in India there are profuse street markets available to offer the very best kind of adjuncts.
To have a cool, saucy look you would like to go for Curb Chain Necklaces/Box Chains/Leather Chains or of course the Bead Chains.

Rings!
Oh my! Don't even get me started on rings! I mean what a creation it is! I swear, I have the most kiddish hands and they don't even look mature after I get my nails extensions done lol! But once i add just one ring on my middle finger, phewww! No one can say they don't look as an 18 year old's hand.
Nowadays rings come in a gigantic variety which can not only be worn by ladies and girls but also men.
Before I start with all the suggestions and types of rings that might suit your outfit, I'd like to showcase a picture that I've found really informative about what is the right way to have on the rings.

Well, this image itself says most of it so I'd rather jump on to the places you can easily buy such rings that will make your hand look instantly attractive, as c'mon hands play such an important role *wink*.
The best place to find some really good unisex rings IN INDIA that I personally prefer is JANPATH. Not only rings I'd mention, but also in the neck piece category. That place is genuinely the best for any type of jewellery whether you're a girl or a boy. Similarly you can go for some local markets scheduled in your area or if you're a Delhiites, need no mention SAROJINI and PAHARGANJ for this purpose.
Moving on to the brands that offer unique ring pieces at a good deal are H&M, Zara, Forever 21, Daniel Wellington et cetera.

Lastly i would like to discuss about
The Hats!
Hats can be a great accessory to play with. I would not say it goes with ALL the attires but yes, if they do, they can put together the whole look by themselves. All you need to know is the correct time and outfit to pair it with.
There is a huge variety of hats out there but you need to know which is gonna go with your outfit.

These types of hats are not only restricted to the formal wears but also you can pair them up with some casual floral printed shirts, pants and loafers.
For a better idea:-

In this image, Chris Hemsworth has beautifully paired a Fedora Hat with not-so-formal clothes.
You can simply opt for a plain tshirt, rugged jeans and ankle length boots to go with one of Fedora hats or to make it look a bit formal, you will want to go for a black fedora, white shirt with black pants and a pair of oxford shoes.

Here as you see, this look is pretty on the formal side. Just a boring pair looks instantly attractive with a Campaign Hat added to it.
Campaign Hat is another fun thing to add on as it can go with both formal and informal outfits.
You can wear an ordinary tee beneath an unbuttoned shirt paired with pastel capri and a smart pair of leather loafers.
Or you can go for a formal look like the picture, including a checked shirt, pants and a pair of Derby shoes.
I assume that its pretty much it for today. I really look forward to more men out there styling themselves using such adjuncts as not only women, even men are judged initially on the basis of their dressing sense.
It is not necessary to have every accessory on, use one but style it as if it meant everything.
So, I'm going to meet you guys in the next blog till then,
Enjoy your life!
Dress for yourself and not for others.
Laughter is contagious so spread it around you!
