Hey pals!

Well, it's been a long since I've shared something utterly delicious with you guys so, the wait is finally over!

In this very blog! You'll mix up two such amazing ingredients which sound so good together, and taste, uhhh heavenly!

So without further ado,

Let us get going!

Firstly let us talk about what we'll be needing!

  • 75 grams- whole wheat flour (atta)

  • 85 grams- all-purpose flour (maida)

  • 1 1/4 teaspoon- baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon- baking soda

  • 2 1/2 grated carrots

  • 5-6 chopped almonds

  • 90 grams- butter at room temperature

  • 75 grams- sugar

  • 1 teaspoon- vanilla essence

  • 2 bananas' puree

  • 1-2 tablespoon milk (if required)

Let us start to combine all these amazing items!

Before we begin, do not forget to preheat your oven to 170 degrees.

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients together (i.e. whole wheat and all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda).

  2. Add the grated carrots and chopped almonds to the mixture formed so far and keep it aside.

  3. In another bowl, add in the butter, sugar, and vanilla essence. whisk them nicely until its pale in color and fluffy.

  4. Once it's done, start adding the dry mixture in two batches. Prefer using a spatula to mix the ingredients at this step to prevent loss of air that was trapped while whisking.

  5. After everything is done, you may now add the banana puree and mix it gently.

If you find the batter too thick, you can simply add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.

Pour the batter into your cupcake tray or if you like to make a cake out of it, simply pour it into your cake pan and let it bake for 25-30 minutes at 170 degrees.

Here you go! Insanely scrumptious CARROT BANANA MUFFINS!

You may wanna add a dollop of vanilla ice cream to it! *it will taste good I swear*

I hope you like the end result!

And as I always mention, do not hesitate in dropping a comment or a personal message if you find any problem or have any thoughts, I'll surely respond :)

Till then,

Stay Safe.

Keep Baking.

Keep Smiling.
