DIET COOKIES!

Okay so before I start, let me make you imagine a beautiful, serene scenario. Close your eyes and imagine yourself sitting in your balcony with the most silent drizzle outside the window and beautiful aroma of wet soil reaching to your nose.


What would you like to accompany you, as in FOOD. A cup of hot tea and some crispy cookies maybe?

Well, who wouldnt like it! Just so you get something healthy and home baked, let me share my recipe of delicious DIET COOKIES with y'all!

So lets begin!


List of ingredients!

10 grams ~ All Purpose Flour (Maida)
110 grams ~ Oats
75 grams ~ Sugar
A pinch of Salt
60 grams~ Melted Butter
Milk (max 2tbsp)
Add Oats/chopped Almonds (optional)

 

Procedure!

• Combine the ingredients together and form a dough out of it.


• Take a piece of the dough, make a round ball and place it on the baking sheet. Flatten the ball a bit to give it a cookie shape.


• Now the main thing about cookies is the TEMPERATURE of the oven and the TIMING of baking.

We will be baking them in three batches.

  1. at 120 degree for 10 minutes. Then take the tray out of the oven and crack the cookies with the help of a fork to bake the cookies evenly, it will help them being crunchier.

  2. at 120 degree for 10 minutes. Repeat the process of cracking the cookies with the help of fork. Dont go too harsh on them. Just press the center and sides gently with the fork.

  3. lastly, at 180 degree for 10-15 minutes.


 

Let the cookies chill at room temperature and then enjoy their ultimate crispness.
