Welcome back y'all!
Today I contemplated to share a quick delectable recipe with you guys which won't take much time of yours but will satisfy the sweet cravings!
So without further ado, LET US BEGIN!
As I've been in the place where I did not have an oven for a very long period of time, I won't share an oven based recipe for now, rather it will be the easiest recipe I can think of which you can make whenever you crave for something sweet.
Isn't it exciting to make Crêpes!?
Like c'mon!!! That beautiful thing can be paired with innumerable things!
So just grab your whiskers and get ready to become a crêpe master!
All you'll need is:
•200 grams - All Purpose Flour (maida)
•50 grams - Sugar
•75 grams - Water
•A cute little pinch of Salt
•1 tablespoon - Oil
•100grams - Milk
•75grams - Water
•50 grams - Butter and lastly
•2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
That is all you see!
Now jumping onto the procedure!
Before you start with mixing, keep a non stick pan on the stove on low heat.
~Take two bowls with you for separating the dry(flour, sugar, salt) and wet(oil, milk, water, butter, vanilla essence) ingredients.
~After whisking them separately, combine and whisk it thoroughly again.
~And the batter is done! TADA!! As simple as it sounds!
Now it's all about cooking it nicely on the pan.
~Pour a ladle on the heated pan. Let it be on low flame so that the crêpe does not remain uncooked from the centre.
~Wait for the surface of the crêpe to turn beautiful golden brown.
~Flip it like a pro!
And do the same with the other side as well.
Voila! You Are Done!
Make a bunch of these thin sweet piece of glee and top it with LITERALLY anything you like!
For instance,
Top it with a dollop of ice cream of your choice/drizzle some honey or chocolate syrup/cut a square of butter and put it on the top, see it melt gradually in front of your eyes/put down some berries and layer the crêpes with whipped cream and WHAT NOT!
